Department of History

After the establishment of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer on 01 August 1987, the Department of History was established in 1990. The Department was among the first few academic Departments that was established in the university. The department offers Post Graduation in History. Since its establishment, many students obtained Ph.D. and Master's and is working in various fields. These students are now working in various governmental and nongovernmental organizations and contributing to the development of society. The well qualified experienced Guest Faculty imparts good education through teaching and various activities.
