Further phases included the new advances in the field and spreading computer literacy in participants of Refresher Courses and Orientation Programme.

EDUSAT facility provided to Human Resource Development Centre of MDS University has opened the frontiers of education to the students and teachers through on line classroom (via channel of CEC) provided on Ku Band. Presently the EDUSAT is being utilized for providing online lecture facility to the students and teachers as provided by the consortium for education communication of the UGC.

Subsequent to reconfiguration of Satellite Interactive Channels under CEC-UGC Network from April 2008, the facility has been made accessible to all teaching departments in the campus with wide circulation to all concerned in EDUSAT SIT Facility Room (Room No. 112-A, B) in Valmiki Bhawan in view of paucity of space at ASC.
